WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We return and exchange on selected items. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and once the piece has been altered, we will not accept either return or exchange. In our return policy there are some significant points that need to be taken in:
The piece you want to get exchanged/returned CANNOT be an item that is on final sale or on clearance
The piece you want to get exchanged/returned must have its original tag
The piece you want to get exchanged/returned must be brought in within maximum of three (3) days prior to purchase date *excludes Tuesday*
Any jewelry or footwear items CANNOT be exchanged/returned at any cost
Any custom orders CANNOT be exchanged/returned *unless there is a faulty in the order*
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear or tear are not considered to be faulty. If there is a fault in the sizing we will not exchange/return the piece unless we are not able to alter it.
Items that are not identified CANNOT be exchanged/returned
We do not refund money and if exchange for a valid reason is not possible, a credit note is given by one of the owners. This credit note can be used for future purchases.

DO WE CUSTOM ORDER OUTFITS?
Yes, we custom design outfits. To custom your order you will need to talk to one of our consultants at any of our two location, who you will discuss agreements with. These agreements will be your outfit style, colors, price, delivery date etc.

HOW DO WE ENSURE FITTING/ALTERATIONS?
All of our outfits are custom made or adjusted to your measurements. Our pieces come in standard sizes which are in between bust size 38″- 40″. If these sizes do not apply to you, in house tailoring is provided at both of our two locations. Our tailors are well experienced and we offer our customer with the best service possible. Alteration costs vary.
Garments are to be dry cleaned only. There is no guarantee for color or embroidery work.
